Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat classes are done on the floor, using an exercise or yoga mat. Pilates Mat classes utilize a transformational method of body conditioning to yield profound results for people of all ages and abilities. All levels of experience are welcome in Pilates mat class.
Power Mat
Power Mat is a fast-paced, higher-intensity class done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat, which employs controlled breathing during the body weight resisted movements to build core strength. The exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and improve posture and balance.
Mat with Props
Mat with Props classes are done on the floor and combine traditional mat exercises with props to build core strength. Props used include rollers, rings, small balls, bands, and hand weights. These exercises are designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and improve posture and balance.
PiYo
PiYo is a unique class that combines elements of both Pilates and Yoga, designed to build strength and flexibility through challenging and fun choreography developed to make participants sweat.
Pilates Equipment
Pilates Equipment classes incorporate exercises on the Reformer, Chair, and Tower. Exercises are performed using the progressive resistance of springs and give a complete conditioning and flexibility workout for all fitness levels, with a focus on balance and symmetry.
