Thrive is a new next-level strength training concept class, utilizing free weights, cardio and calisthenics to strengthen and sculpt the body. Most boutique studios focus on high reps to simulate the feeling of an effective workout, THRIVE uses high resistance and Time under Tension to ensure each workout will benefit you! Workouts are programmed by our OAC NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Trainers with extensive exercise science experience.

Max Class Participation: 10
Schedule:
Classes will run for 50 minutes with a dynamic warm up, 5 stations consisting of 2 exercises each, and a finisher variation dependent on the class size and fitness level. Stations are run in a circuit format.
Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 5:30 PM, 6:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM
Saturday: 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM
