Body Combat

Body Combat provides participants with an empowering cardiovascular workout where inhibitions are unleashed.  Inspired by martial arts, this fiercely energetic program draws from a wide variety of disciplines, including karate, boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi and Muay Thai, to provide a tremendous cardio workout.

H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training)

H.I.I.T. is a form of cardiovascular exercise that utilizes alternating periods of short, intense, anaerobic exercise with brief recovery periods.  These classes provide maximum fitness across all areas by incorporating TRX straps, Kettlebells and functional movements into one amazing workout.


Spinning classes allow participants to experience the ultimate cycling journey for total-body conditioning.  Participants work at their own performance level while engaging with other class members, motivating Spinning Instructors, music and an energizing atmosphere.


Zumba is fun, high-energy aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance, such as merengue, salsa, mambo, rumba, flamenco and calypso. Zumba classes feature mostly Latin American dance music and include both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.

Zumba BCG

Zumba BCG classes combine calorie-burning cardiovascular Bursts, Core strengthening, and Glute toning exercises designed to give participants the best results in these key areas above and beyond our regular Zumba classes.
