The second phase of our renovations includes six new studios dedicated to our various fitness programs. From the Impact Studio, home to our newly developed boxing program, to the Tone Studio, our in-house Pilates hub, there is a class for everyone. At Oxford Athletic Club, we aim to create a boutique fitness experience while maintaining all the perks of an athletic resort. Ride

Specially designed for our state-of-the-art immersive cycling classes, Ride has the best bikes and the most experienced trainers to aid you in your success. This studio offers Les Mills' THE TRIP, which combines an energetic 40-minute multi-peak cycling experience with virtual reality technology that will catapult you into another world!

Tone is reserved for our dynamic Pilates program. Oxford offers various Pilates classes for a range of skill levels that are designed to increase muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, as well as improve posture and balance. As the name suggests, classes are designed to help you tone.

Thrive studio

THRIVE focuses on strength and sculpting your body to best suit your needs and on your progress in your high-level fitness journey. This program is lead by a team of certified coaches so you can be sure you’re getting the attention you need and deserve.

With dim lights and soothing sounds, this studio provides the perfect environment for yoga. From novice to pro, Oxford boasts a diverse selection of classes from Vinyasa to Hot Yoga, featuring our state-of-the-art infrared heating. Our instructors will guide you along the way to ensure an authentic Zen experience.

Pulse

Body Pump, Body Step, and Zumba are just a few of the many strength and cardio classes held in Pulse. Each of these programs are geared toward engaging the body's various muscles and increasing its heartrate to revive, sculpt, and strengthen.

This studio is devoted to our Barre program, a dynamic workout inspired by Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet. Barre provides you with a full-body workout using arm weights, barre work, core work, and stretching. The new studio is larger, allowing for more participants, enhancing the overall experience, and keeping you balanced.

Dedicated to our Boxing program, this studio is full of action and excitement. With new equipment and more classes, the boxing program at Oxford is constantly improving and expanding. You'll be energized with each and every impact.
