Membership
Yes, you will receive a $100 Oxford Gift Card for an individual membership and a $200 Oxford Gift Card for a family membership.
Oxford Athletic Club is a member-only facility; however, we invite guests to learn more about us. All guests receive one complimentary visit.
- Adult Guest: Complete a guest waiver at the front desk and provide us with a photo ID. NO ID, NO ENTRY.
- Child Guest: The parent of the guest (child) must sign the guest waiver and provide us with a copy of their photo ID prior to using the facility. Advanced registration is optional but encouraged.
- Out of Town Guest: Contact our Membership Team for extended guest passes. Membership@oxfordathleticclub.com
Email memberservices@oxfordathleticclub.com to put your membership on freeze. Your membership can be frozen for 3 months in a calendar year. If the hold is for a medical reason, the maximum amount of time is 6 months in a calendar year upon receiving a doctor’s note.

- Membership change forms can be completed at the front desk.
- If a request for a member to be removed is received after the 1st of the month, you will be charged the full rate for that month and the member will be canceled on the last day of the month.
The membership credit is a physical card you can pick up at the front desk. Members can use it for personal training, massage, private tennis or swim lessons, additional class fees, tennis court fees, kids programming, and in the Market Café. The expiration date will be noted on the sleeve of the card.
Billing
Yes, the monthly fee is deducted automatically on the 9th of every month.
Members can add a credit card or checking account.

Personal Training
Yes, please contact the Personal training department by phone at 724-933-1911 ext. 4142 or email info@oxfordathleticclub.com.
Contact the personal trainer 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Children under the age of 15 are NOT permitted to be on the fitness floor cardio equipment/weight areas or utilize adult fitness equipment. The only exceptions to this policy are those youth that is working directly with a personal trainer or has completed the Junior Certification program.
The free-weight area of the fitness floor is only for individuals ages 18 and up unless they are accompanied by a coach or personal trainer.
Aquatics
The pool temperature is kept at 84 degrees.
The indoor pool is 25 yards and the outdoor pool is 25 meters.
Nope! Lap lane reservations are not required.
Using the app, go to "Aquatics" and select the time you'd like to make the reservation. Make sure to confirm the time.
Using the app, go to “My Reservations”. The lane reservation can be canceled by clicking the red trash can.
Yes, we do! We offer 1-on-1 private swim lessons for all ages and swimming abilities. We do not offer group lessons. Please email the Aquatics Manager for more information.
Members 14 and above are permitted to use the hot tub.
Racquet Sports
Visit the OAC app, tap on “explore”, and select "reservations."
Visit the OAC app, click “activities” and select tennis. Select the court from the drop-down menu and choose your clinic.

While using the OAC app to reserve a court, you will find an option to reserve a ball machine. Toggle the "Ball Machine" button to "Yes" to include a machine in your reservation.

All clinics are billed in full after attending the first class and you are locked in for the entire season. No refunds.

Group Fitness
Classes can be reserved 22 hours in advance.
Aerial Yoga can be reserved 3 days in advance.
Cancel at least 2 hours in advance to avoid a late $10 cancellation fee.
Most classes are for all fitness levels. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to let the instructor know that you are new and that they can provide safe modifications if needed for most exercises.
You must be 15 years old to attend a fitness class.
Youth ages 12-14 with a parent can participate in the following classes: Zumba, Dance Sweat, Body Combat, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Ride, and Trip
Boxing for ages 8 and up
Family Yoga for ages 7 and up
Youth dance classes for 4-7 years
Boppin Tots ages 18 months -3 years with a parent
Boxing classes require boxing gloves.
If you have a reservation for class but arrive late, your reservation could be forfeited for the next member on the waitlist.

KidZone
Yes, an appointment must be made in advance. Reservations can be made 24 hours in advance. Drop-offs are prohibited.
Children 18 months and above can utilize the KidZone 2 hours per day, while babies (ages 3 months – 18 months) are permitted 1.5 hours per day.
We invite children ages 3 months to 13 years to use the KidZone.
Yes, guests are allowed in the KidZone after registering with the front desk. The guest fee for the KidZone is $10.
Summer Camp
Ages 4-12
4/5-year-olds can register for a half-day camp (9:00 am-12:00 pm)
6+-year-olds can register for a full-day camp (9:00 am-3:00 pm)

Massage Therapy
If you prefer deep pressure, an orthopedic massage is the best option. For relaxation, a Swedish session would be a good choice. Sports massage includes both deep tissue and stretching for the recovery of athletes.

Massage therapists at OAC can accept cash tips only.
If for some reason you need to reschedule, please note that we have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Please note you will be charged the full amount of the service if you cancel or reschedule after this time frame.

Absolutely! Stop by our Market Café prior to your workout to order. We will have your meal available at your preferred time.
