Job Duties
- Report to the Group Fitness Manager and follow strictly their guidelines and the orientations at all times.

Responsibilities include teach tennis skills in a positive and progressive manner, instill enjoyment of the game, teach etiquette and rules, demonstrate & lead tennis drills & games, and set up & tear down equipment.
Job Duties
- Lead by example and promote the Oxford Athletic Club core values.
- On court instruction of private and group lessons for all ages and levels.
- Assist the Tennis Manager with organizing play and lesson schedules
- Administer drills and games to make the instruction time fun as well as advancing tennis knowledge, skill, and technique.
- Maintain an organized lesson schedule.
- Ensure students are enjoying the lessons and the lessons are adapted based on the needs of the student with the goal that they will continue developing and enjoying the game of tennis.
- Know current merchandise and actively promote sales of merchandise to members and guests.
- Assist with routine court maintenance responsibilities as needed (brush, line, water) and have basic understanding of court watering system.

Education & Experience:
Three years of college level and/or professional playing experience required. USPTA or PTR coaching certification recommended unless ATP/WTA playing experience. Proficient playing and teaching skills required. General knowledge of retail and court maintenance preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required. Must be proficient at the game as a former player. Must be flexible and have exceptional interpersonal skills. USTA rating 4.5 or higher.
Working Conditions:
- Equipment to be used: Must be able to operate computer and other routine office machines. Racquets, balls, teaching equipment, court maintenance equipment including hydraulic court rolling machine.
Typical Physical Demands:
Position required to be physically fit as strenuous teaching activity can occur for long periods of time (4 to 8 hours) under high temperature conditions including walking, running, standing, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting. Court maintenance can include heavy lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires a normal range of hearing and vision. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office, retail and tennis equipment. Requires the ability to function professionally in an environment that is both physically and mentally challenging.

Position Title: Front Desk Supervisor Morning Opener

Summary
The front desk supervisor is in charge of supervising day-to-day front desk activities. They ensure the front desk tasks are done correctly and provide support for the front desk employees. Front desk supervisors must follow strict company protocols, uphold their staff to the same protocols and make prompt decision in case of issues. This supervisor position is an Opener position and will be required to work the opening shift from 4:30a-9:30a, 4-5 days a week.
Job Duties
- Opens the Club 4-5 days per week
- Completes First Aid / CPR Certification within 90 days of start date.
- Uses time clock to clock in and out for every shift.
- Comes to work in proper uniform as per the current uniform policy. Name tag is to be worn.
- Exhibits a “Member Friendly and Member First” mentality and ‘actions without excuses’.
- Answers telephone promptly with appropriate greeting
- Greets all members who enter the front door.
- Maintains a visible presence during shift.
- Personal cell phone use is not permitted while on duty.
- Provide a high level of personalized attention to members. Staff on duty should be constantly monitoring the area and making eye contact with members.
- Provide keys to lockers for members/guests.
- Create front desk staff schedule, operate front desk equipment and process customer requests.
- Be able to stand for 5-6 hours per shift.
- Monitors check-in process to insure only active members and their guests are accessing the facility.
- Maintains an exceptionally clean work environment around the front entrance of the Club, around the computers, countertops and front desk area.
- Assists with and promotes special events and programs to the Club Membership by keeping current with Club events, flyers and meeting information.
- Resolves any Member issues through effective customer service skills and by referring issue to the appropriate manager. Contact Front Desk Supervisor or Manager on Duty (MOD) if unsure of how to resolve a situation.
- Enforces current OAC Club and departmental policies by keeping current with changes and utilizing effective communication skills.
- Performs first aid and emergency responder techniques by maintaining CPR/AED and First Aid Certification. Must be aware of appropriate emergency response.

The Kitchen Manager will oversee the daily operations of our establishment’s kitchen staff. Responsiblities include overseeing food preparation, ordering supplies, scheduling shifts and monitoring inventory levels.
Job Duties
- Assures that effective training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented. (Develops on-going professional development and training programs for food production, service and bar production/service personnel)
- Helps plan and approves external and internal marketing and sales promotion activities for the department
- Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for front of the house products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases
- Develops operating budget for department outlets. After approval, monitors and takes corrective action necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained

Summary
Our Personal Trainers are experts in fitness training and work with our members to reach their exercise and wellness goals. Personal trainers assess their customers’ bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans. They provide physical and mental guidance and monitor customers' progress on a regular basis. They also make sure that customers don’t get injured while training.
Job Duties
- Talk to members about their goals and introduce them to our personal training packages

The Personal Training Manager’s ultimate responsibility is to coach the trainers to success, through programming, sales, and service.
Job Duties
- Serve as a ‘guidance counselor’ to all members of the club, ‘educator and mentor’ for all training staff, and ‘strategist’ for the Club Manager.
- Lead generation including Social Media Marketing, Grass Roots Marketing and B2B Networking.
- Assesses individual performance, provides feedback, and employee recognition
- Makes hiring, promotion, disciplinary, and termination recommendations to the General Manager
- Conducts weekly Personal Training Department and Management meetings
- Manage Personal Trainer schedules.

Job Duties
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service
- Prepare a variety of foods; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, and cold food items
- Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station
- Cover, date and correctly store all bits and pieces and food prep items
- Notify Kitchen Manager in advance of likely shortages
- Use food preparation tools in accordance with manufactures instructions
