2020 Summer Camp Schedule Update & COVID-19 Health & Safety Updates
We appreciate your patience while we work through updating our camp policies, procedures, and testing measures to meet the guidelines put in place by the CDC and Pennsylvania State Government. After many meetings and a solid evaluation of our programming, we have decided to move forward with PGH Summer Camp for this season, but to make modifications to the schedule and procedures to keep all of our guests safe and happy all summer long!
Sadly, we have cancelled the first three weeks of our Summer Camp due to COVID-19. Campers who were originally enrolled for these weeks were contacted via phone or email by our staff and were given the option to transfer to other weeks of camp or were issued a refund without incurring any processing fees.
As you know, our priority is always the health and safety of all guests. Our decision to keep camp open this summer was not a simple or easy process, but it is the right one for our campers, their families, and all of our staff. We have outlined specific measures we will take to ensure the safety of our campers and counselors below in detail. If you have any questions regarding these measures, please don’t hesitate to contact us today at email@example.com. One of our experienced team leaders will respond to you as soon as possible, as we know this will have an impact on childcare and transportation arrangements.
We appreciate your patience and we look forward to seeing you this summer at one of our three convenient locations!
