What Is Your Focus?

Is it to lose weight? Is it to tone up? Is it to boost your mood and immune system? Our 8-week program gives you a personalized roadmap to help you hit your goal. During your initial session you’ll work hand-in-hand with your trainer to iron out those details to make the most of this challenge!

Program Details

Twice a week for eight weeks you’ll meet with your trainer for an amazing workout in a small group training environment designed to help push you further! Additionally, during the program you’ll receive initial/middle/end check-in's, two Nutrition Workshops, and participate in fun games that keep you and your training regimen on your toes!


All Participants Will Receive:

- Two Small Group Training Sessions per week
- Two Nutritional Workshops
