We appreciate all of the support we have received from our members and staff during this unprecedented time in our nation's history. The decision to close our facility was one of the most difficult we've ever had to make, but it is the best one we could make to protect the health and safety of our community. We miss seeing your smiling faces and breaking a sweat with our friends, our family, and our instructors. This distance will make our minds, our bodies, and our hearts stronger than ever before. Until we can be together again, we have taken action to address some of your most pressing questions and concerns. When do you expect to reopen and resume programming?
As of April 17, 2020, Oxford Athletic Club remains closed for the duration of April. When we chose to close our doors on Sunday, March 15th we did so knowing that it was best for the health and safety of our members, guests, and staff, but without knowledge of exactly how long this closure would last. We have diligently followed the rules and regulations set forth by the State & Federal Government Guidelines regarding Coronavirus Disease, which means that we have, often in real-time, extended our closure beyond our originally forecasted date. We will continue to update this page and send email communications to our members in real time as we anticipate reopening the facility and programs to our members. We miss you and we cannot wait to serve you again in person in a safe and healthy environment!
Emails listed in on membership accounts are added to this newsletter, however, if you feel that your email address is outdated or inaccurate, or you have not received our emails for any reason please send your information to feedback@oxfordathleticclub.com today to ensure you receive all communications regarding the club reopening and to obtain additional complimentary fitness resources.
Will membership dues be charged while the facility is closed?
While the facility is mandated to remain closed to the public we will not charge monthly membership dues. This policy was implemented April 1st and will be honored through June 30th at this time. Should Oxford remain closed beyond June 30th, for any unforeseen reason, we will announce our policies in further detail in regards to billing and online programming. We consider it a privilege to serve each and every one of you and we look forward to returning to our regularly scheduled programming when the government sees fit.
Will I be charged for scheduled appointments or services that were to occur while the club is closed?
You will not be charged at any point while we are closed. All regular payments are paused and all future appointments are cancelled that were scheduled for the period of time we are closed. Oxford will extend all expiration dates on packages as well. Don't worry! Your favorite instructor will be here for you when we return to carry forth your training where we left off! We hope everyone has been fine tuning their fitness at home during this time with our Oxford Workouts On Demand featured on YouTube to keep up your stamina! This feature and more is available to our members for free at this time.
Will you offer online workouts while you are closed?
Oxford Athletic Club members have access to COMPLIMENTARY fitness resources available to them at this time. We are excited to share our original content on our YouTube channel that features the instructors you know and love! Videos are added daily and weekly from Oxford Athletic Club trainers with a variety of programs featuring yoga, pilates, strength training, and more! Subscribe today and spend your mornings (or afternoons or evenings!) with people you know and love breaking a SWEAT!

I paid in full for my yearly membership. Will you extend my members or refund me at this time?
If you have paid your yearly membership dues in full in advance we will be extending your membership term onto the end of your contract for the duration for which we are closed. You will be guaranteed the time of your membership and no time will be lost due to the circumstances.
What if I want to cancel my membership during this time?
We will not be processing cancellations or freeze requests while our facilities are closed due to COVID-19. All monthly billing will stop while we are shut down. If you need to contact us during the closure regarding your membership, please email us at urgent@oxfordathleticclub.com.
