Terrific Tots (2 year olds)

This class encourages independence, group socialization, and language skills through
age-appropriate, theme-based circle time, games, stories, music, and snacks are included.

Pre-School Players (3-4 year olds)

Pre-School Players enhances fine motor skills, cognitive development, reading readiness,
and socialization skills through age-appropriate activities, songs, games, stories and arts & crafts.
The class then progresses to large motor-skill activities such as jumping and skipping.
Snack time is included.

Buddy Fit (8-15 year olds)

Fun, fast moving, effective workouts with great social support. Your child can expect: a friendly, fun atmosphere,
opportunities to exercise with a friend or make a new buddy, helpful information, short take home activities/handouts,
changing workouts week by week, increased cardiovascular efficiency, increased strength , increased self-esteem,
inspiration/motivation for future health, and help with establishing a routine for regular activity/exercise.

Sessions are available for once a week for 4 weeks or twice a week for 4 weeks.
