Private Yoga Training

Whether you are new to Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, enhance your practice with personal instruction
in an encouraging atmosphere. As a new student, you may be intimidated by the public classroom environment.

Private lessons with one of our certified Yoga instructors gives the new student the opportunity to learn yoga poses (asanas),
breathing techniques, inversions and meditations in a one-on-one setting, alleviating any hesitation of learning in a group
environment. Experienced students are able to have a deeper insight into specific asanas.

Give yourself the opportunity to meet with a yoga teacher to concentrate on your specific needs.

Private instruction with one of our Yoga teachers can help you:

•  Learn modification and adjustments to help strengthen and heal from an injury or ailment (low back, neck or shoulder pain)
•  Learn ways to alleviate tension and stress through poses and breath work
•  Develop preventative or therapeutic applications of yoga
•  Work on a specific physical issue or yoga question that was revealed during your practice
