Private Pilates

Pilates emphasizes the uniform development of all muscle groups while promoting core strength,
flexibility, alignment, and control. Sessions will include Reformer, MVe Fitness Chair, Tower, Mat work,
and resistance props for added attainment and goal benefit. Our instructors will develop a unique
program based on your strengths, needs, and goals.

The one-on-one interaction between you and the instructor yields tremendous results,
especially for the beginner client.
