TeenFit

Your 12-13-year old child can learn how to safely use the equipment on the adult fitness floor. Teen Fit is a program designed specifically to help educate 12 and 13-year-old children on proper weight training techniques and proper seat settings, enabling them to weight train safely and effectively. As parents, you will feel confident that your child has learned how to exercise safely.

Youth Boxing

Youth Boxing teaches our younger members how to throw punches properly while using the heavy bag, mitts, and the Box Master.  Classes feature a mixture of boxing techniques and conditioning training. 

Taekwondo

Oxford offers Taekwondo classes specifically for our youngest members to teach them flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, and most importantly self-confidence. Kids enrolled in our Taekwondo classes have the opportunity to learn from our skilled, Certified World Taekwondo Federation Black-Belt Master.

Youth Yoga

Youth Yoga is designed especially for children. Yoga for children has been shown to increase focus, self-esteem and reduce anxiety, as well as increase their physical strength and flexibility.
