TRX Suspension Training

TRX Suspension Training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your own bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. With TRX, you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself by simply adjusting your body position to increase or decrease resistance. TRX delivers a fast, effective, total-body workout to build a rock-solid core, increased muscular endurance, and benefit people of all fitness levels.

Oxford Synergy

Oxford Synergy is a small-group circuit-training class that’s anything but boring.   Each workout is entirely unique. Synergy combines all aspects of our various fitness courses in one high-intensity interval training class, allowing participants to focus on cardio, strength, endurance, and agility, all in one workout.

Tabata

Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol with phenomenal fitness and weight-loss benefits. Tabata works by using short intervals where you to push yourself as hard as possible for short bursts followed by brief rest periods.  This method follows the proven fitness technique of using short bursts of high intensity exercise to build lean muscle while improving muscular endurance.

O.T.H. Fusion

Our “On-The-House” Fusion class is a high-intensity aerobic and anaerobic training session.  Participants train using a variety of training equipment, such as Bosu, dumbbells, kettlebells TRX straps and treadmills, to get a powerful, all-in-one workout.

TRX/Box Master

TRX/Box Master training combines two of our most popular classes into one of our most challenging high-intensity interval training classes. Participants alternate between TRX exercises and boxing with the Box Master. Participants build lean muscle through the TRX while burning maximum calories through boxing. 

Boot Camp

Boot Camp classes are designed for intermediate to highly-conditioned individuals.  The first half hour of each class focusses on lower body workouts and agility drills. The second half focuses on upper body strength with cycles of calisthenics, featuring abdominal work and push-ups. All of this combines to provide a powerful, high-intensity workout.

Oxford Fusion

Oxford Fusion is a total body aerobic and anaerobic training session.  Fusion’s intensity is based on your heart rate along with added motivation from our trainers.  Participants train using a variety of equipment, including Bosu, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps and treadmills. Trainers instruct participants in 30 minutes of cardio training and 30 minutes of musculoskeletal training, combing for one high-energy and high-intensity workout.
