Monthly Statements

Online Statement Directions

Click on Monthly Statements.

Click “join online” followed by “first time user”.

Enter the Main Member’s membership number (NH number located on membership card) and personal information.

Enter a NEW USER ID which will replace the member’s number.
It can be anything at all, letters or numbers, any length.

Enter a NEW PASSWORD which must:

  • be at least 7 digits

  • must contain both letters and numbers

You will then be asked to confirm this same password.
(Please Note: even though it says “new password”, it is actually the first time you are choosing a password. These instructions are for the first time logging on – so you would not have already had a password set up.

The next page will say “Welcome to Account On-Line!” and from there you can view your account information.

Now to access your account, you will need only your ID and password.
