Y.E.S. Program: Youth Exercise Safely The Y.E.S. Program teaches kids 8-13 how to safely and effectively use the fitness center equipment. Once the child passes this program, he or she can use the fitness center on his or her own or with a parent. The program consists of eight sessions, followed by three one-on-one personal training sessions, where children can focus on their favorite sport or exercise. This is a perfect opportunity for your child to get acquainted with the club! Pre-School Players (3-4 year olds)
