SWIMMING LESSONS

Waterbabies (6mo. – 2 years)
During Waterbabies, children and parents become acquainted with the water and instructors through songs and play. 

Preschool (ages 2-5)
The Preschool classes incorporate songs and play structured lessons to help
make your child “water safe”.  Parents are not in the water during the class.

Level 2 Primary Skills
The objective of Level 2 is to allow students to achieve success with fundamental skills.  This level is the beginning of locomotion skills with floating and vertical recovery as the main focus.

Level 3 Stroke Readiness
The objective of Level 3 is the coordination of front and back crawl with an
emphasis on breathing.

Level 4 Stroke Development
The objective of Level 4 is to develop and build endurance on the strokes
already learned, while improving other Aquatics skills.  The main focus is
breaststroke kick.

Level 5 Stroke Refinement
The objective of Level 5 is coordination and refinement of strokes.  Students
will learn more aspects of competitive swimming.  The main focus will be
butterfly kick.


Private Swimming Lessons
    
Receive personal attention
        - Beginners or advanced swimmers learn to swim or increase their
          swimming ability.


Private Coaching

    Competitive swimmers, tri-athletes, and lap swimmers
        - Increase your efficiency through improved stroke techniques with a
          private coach.
