GROUP FITNESS

The Oxford Athletic Club has a wide range of different group classes to offer.  If you are in the mood for an upbeat kickboxing class or maybe you need to unwind with yoga, we have it all.  Group classes are a great way to meet people and really focus on your body, inside and out.
